David Harris Sr. founded the company in 1990 with no cash and no contracts, just a desire to pave a future for himself and his family. We specialize in concrete construction to support infrastructure in commercial and residential areas along with job-site development. It means we don’t just create the parking lot or park fountain without also working on the dirt, drainage and steel supports too. We like to say, you see our work “from the ground down”.
